Hello, I’m Daria, a multi-lingual psychologist practicing under Polish professional standards. I graduated from Jagiellonian University in Cracow with a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology. I am passionate about understanding the human mind and helping people navigate life’s challenges with greater self-awareness and resilience. My approach is rooted in empathy and active listening.
My experience
I have been gaining my hands-on experience in various psychological fields, from applied psychology and neuropsychology to body-oriented therapy techniques. And I have completed numerous psychology workshops, such as “Therapeutic Approaches to Working with Patients with Insomnia”J. Salbert;”Addressing Sleep Disorders in Clinical Practice”P.Krawczyk; “Therapeutic Strategies for Patients with Generalized Anxiety and Chronic Worry”A. Śliwerski; “Effective CBT Techniques for Treating Anxiety Disorders”M.Fefergrad, P. Richter, etc.
As part of my practical experience, I worked with Senior students at the University of the Third Age, leading cognitive training designed to strengthen memory, focus, and mental agility. Through interactive exercises and psychological insights, I aim to promote cognitive well-being and lifelong learning. Which led me to participation in a scientific conference focused on the psychological aspects of aging, where I explored the unique challenges and mental health needs of the elderly.
Additionally, during my internship at a Hospital’s Department of Neurology, I developed skills in conducting psychological interviews, outlining diagnostic plans, and performing neuropsychological examinations. This experience allowed me to work closely with patients, integrating neurological data with psychological assessments to provide a more comprehensive understanding of patient care.
During my training at the Center for Applied Psychology and Lie Detection, I became familiar with psychophysiological assessments using a polygraph and the somatic approach in body-oriented therapy.
I believe that mental health support should be accessible and judgment-free, and I am committed to creating a safe space for individuals seeking guidance.
